Classes are suitable for anyone who has practised yoga before and now looking to develop a deeper and more gentle practice.  

For those who have never practised yoga before OR feel it's been a long time since they last practised and would benefit from a refresher,  please first avail of the Beginner - Chair Yoga Classes OR Beginner - Hatha Yoga Classes

Within a few short weeks of these beginner classes you will learn a safe sequence of yoga poses, understand best use of yoga props, and experience some wonderful yogic breathing exercises.
