Aidrian Duffy is an inspiring professional yoga instructor who is passionate about guiding and supporting his students on their yoga journey.
He provides expert bespoke teaching, that's both effective and has brought tangible benefits to his students, skills nurtured over 30 years of personal practice and 10 years of yoga teaching experience.
Aidrian's yoga teacher training was completed in 2016 at Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre, Cork, Ireland under the guidance of yogacharia Lalit Kumar, with successful accreditation in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Anatomy, Philosophy, Meditation, Mantra and Pranayama (breath-work).
In 2026 he was accredited Experienced Yoga Teacher Level by his professional body for reaching 2000 hrs of yoga teaching and continuous professional development.
He truly believes in the power of a regular yoga practice to both heal and rejuvenate the body and mind and to bring more balance to our everyday lives.
He has taught yoga classes, programmes, workshops both in-person and online, for groups and privately 1:1, for organisations as diverse and inclusive as National University of Galway, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Westport Leisure Park, The Department of Rural and Community Development, The Bannatyne Group and for the past 5 years bringing gentle yoga classes to people across Ireland with varying degrees of Multiple Sclerosis.

Now specialising in teaching Chair Yoga, Gentle Hatha and Hatha Flow Yoga classes, from complete beginners through to seasoned practitioners, and for all those looking to get their yoga practice up and running again.
Incorporating elements of Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, with a strong emphasis on breathing techniques, correct alignment, and slower movements, which makes for a safe practice whilst still strengthening the body and calming the mind.
